Postoperative Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of the patient with physical therapy is very important especially for orthopedics, neurosurgery and general surgery operations. After the hospital discharge, patients are transferred directly to our center, where they are guided through patient training during physical therapy and care to be sent home. When the patient regains his former health, he is discharged home. The duration and scope of treatment is determined by the physician. The service is provided by a specialist and experienced physiotherapists.
Rehabilitation of care patients: The recovery of patients who are bedriddden due to acute or chronic conditions (e.g.:cerebral hemorrhage, Alzheimer’s, hip fracture, etc.) depends on effective early rehabilitation.Physical therapy, respiratory therapy and psychotherapy are provided to our patients upon the request of a physician. The aim of rehabilitation is to increase the functional capacity of the individual, to prevent and improve the disability, to ensure the individual’s independence in daily life and to improve the quality of life.
